We want you to feel completely at rest with your new weighted blanket, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all of our nappers. If you aren't experiencing the restorative sleep you expected, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange of your Bearaby product.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place your blanket back into its original organic cotton dust bag and secure it in the shipping box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the exterior of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
